Arnulfo Camus started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Santio Abadie. Marcelo Robledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Camus in the 5th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Olando Abancens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kalatakaya F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Marcelo Robledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fix Bolonga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvadore Abaunza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Virila Parra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virila Parra was a little too slow when Claudio Mir got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 3-0. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Diego Bejarano hit a great ball. Marcelo Robledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Maliaño in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Camus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Marcelo Robledo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Fix Bolonga hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fix Bolonga in the 37th minute of play forced Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcelo Robledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Salvadore Abaunza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Virila Parra. Virila Parra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olando Abancens was the one to do the kick off. Marcelo Robledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fix Bolonga in the 53rd minute. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Marcelo Robledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Camus in the 54th minute of play. Marcelo Robledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oidor Castillejo in the 55th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes CD Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Maliaño. Virila Parra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Abenda in the 61st minute of the match. Marcelo Robledo made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Jaime Maliaño sent off a good shot on target. Virila Parra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Mir went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 72nd match minute, Kalatakaya F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Abenda to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Robledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Camus, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 73rd minute, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Santio Abadie seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Santio Abadie the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kalatakaya F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Santio Abadie had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Santio Abadie hit a great ball. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Marcelo Robledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Kalatakaya F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Jaime Maliaño reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcelo Robledo. The goal made the score 5-2. After some careless play in the CD Municipal defense, Claudio Mir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virila Parra. The CD Municipal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virila Parra should have stopped the shot. In the 81st minute Haroldo Abenda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virila Parra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Wayar kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcelo Robledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Maliaño. If Salvadore Abaunza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 93rd minute, but Marcelo Robledo got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Kalatakaya F.C. hanging dry this time.
