After 8 played minutes Arrebimba o Malho SLB got a freekick which was hit by Alcino Festas. In the 9th minute Catarino Henriques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliano Festas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Fragoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Zarco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a penalty for Arrebimba o Malho SLB! Severino Fragoso came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Valério Zarco. But to his dismay, Valério Zarco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After some careless play in the ÓKINJÔ FC defense, Roberto Gama kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Fragoso. The ÓKINJÔ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Fragoso should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Gama in the 43rd minute of play forced ÓKINJÔ FC's goalkeeper Severino Fragoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Valério Zarco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cassiano Roriz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Juliano Festas made a huge save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cassiano Roriz to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ÓKINJÔ FC's Joga Sen-Pri got a free kick in the 59th minute. Juliano Festas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassiano Roriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Roberto Gama could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Severino Fragoso made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Cassiano Roriz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juliano Festas was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The supporters of ÓKINJÔ FC booed when Arrebimba o Malho SLB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogério Azenha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute Valério Zarco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabino Prestes charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sabino Prestes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Sabino Prestes got a free kick in the 70th minute. Severino Fragoso was a little too slow when Valério Zarco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 2-3. Juliano Festas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Catarino Henriques in the 82nd minute of play. Valério Zarco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexandre Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Zarco in the 86th minute of play forced ÓKINJÔ FC's goalkeeper Severino Fragoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Valério Zarco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Fragoso. That made the score 2-4 in the 92 minute of play. Severino Fragoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valério Zarco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 95 minute of play.
