After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Avery Novak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shiba & Doge Club™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Avery Novak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boy Fish breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Shiba & Doge Club™'s Rodrigo Antunes got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ivo Oja received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. La Bolas came out and tried to block the shot, but Ivo Oja slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Ivo Oja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Avery Novak put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Boy Fish. Boy Fish took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avery Novak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalkeeper Boy Fish, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Arrebimba o Malho SLB's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Artur Estrada was slow to take the kick. During this time Shiba & Doge Club™'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Pedro Haaland almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Boy Fish did a great save. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Avery Novak sped through Arrebimba o Malho SLB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Boy Fish. In the 47th minute, Éder Taveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the game, Shiba & Doge Club™'s Artur Estrada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boy Fish made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The Arrebimba o Malho SLB players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Shiba & Doge Club™ were winning 1-4.

Rodolfo Abrantes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Boy Fish made a huge save. Jorge Varanda kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Oja in the 64th minute of play forced Shiba & Doge Club™'s goalkeeper La Bolas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shiba & Doge Club™'s La Bolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Oja in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Arrebimba o Malho SLB were awarded a corner. Ota Rio went to the cornerflag to take it. Ota Rio made a great header on Arrebimba o Malho SLB's corner, it was just that Shiba & Doge Club™'s La Bolas managed to reach the ball for a save. When Quim Barreiros came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Arrebimba o Malho SLB fans jumped to their feet. The supporters of Arrebimba o Malho SLB booed when Shiba & Doge Club™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. The Arrebimba o Malho SLB supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Shiba & Doge Club™'s performance.
