James Novak made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Rigg in the 3rd minute. William Rigg struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. James Novak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Valar. In the 6th minute, Wieslaw Marud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Carlsberg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a little luck, FC Carlsberg's James Novak got control of the ball when William Rigg tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-1 when William Rigg sped through FC Carlsberg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of James Novak. After 13 minutes, Martin Mols mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Valar and the FC Carlsberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Carlsberg booed when The Valar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Mols didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tristan Falco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavril Sichitiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute FC Carlsberg were awarded a corner. Gavril Sichitiu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Gavril Sichitiu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Valar's Tristan Falco did a great save. In the 24th minute of the match The Valar got a corner. FC Carlsberg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfred Hajto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Valentin Glanselius tried in the 24th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy James Novak a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-1. James Novak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Rigg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes FC Carlsberg's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfred Hajto who took care of the corner kick. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, William Rigg took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for James Novak to make any attempt to save it. Tristan Falco came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Carlsberg's Wieslaw Marud. But to his dismay, Wieslaw Marud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Cristian Ozon hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for William Rigg to strike the kick off in the second half. Wieslaw Marud might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Falco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wieslaw Marud ran back to his position shaking his head. Viorel Neicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Tristan Falco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, William Rigg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Valar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After having played for 60 minutes, Wieslaw Marud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Carlsberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wieslaw Marud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Carlsberg's Marius Corocăescu was substituted for Remus Costeiantu. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Denis Aurelianu with Gavril Sichitiu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tristan Falco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavril Sichitiu in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Rigg in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg James Novak saved FC Carlsberg from getting behind. 75 minutes into the match, The Valar's goal looked a bit too open when Adrían Addi came free, but Tristan Falco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. William Rigg scored 5-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of James Novak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. James Novak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Rigg in the 84th minute of the match. Jonatan Maidana hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. With a little luck, The Valar's Tristan Falco got control of the ball when Gavril Sichitiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emanuel Petrulean hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. James Novak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Hajto, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Valar's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
