Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Emenon ran back to his position shaking his head. Emanuel Blajovan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Emenon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by MIT Craiova's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ricardo Edorta was slow to take the kick. During this time Prensadito Fulbo Clu's players had a chance to rest. In the 15th minute Leonel Emenon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Blajovan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Leonel Emenon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. It was Ricardo Edorta who took care of the corner kick. In the 27th minute, Stig-Ove Svartengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Ugutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Blajovan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Emenon, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, MIT Craiova's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Emenon came free, but Emanuel Blajovan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
