Marcus Ekrot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Mutumba couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Björklund to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, U21 Sweden's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Van Lint came free, but Ronnie Meck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 90 minutes into the game, Genaro Remicio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Ronnie Meck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Martin Mutumba kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vykans Vikingar had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
