After 3 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Octav Vătăşel. Octav Vătăşel hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilles Patron in the 14th minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Zdrobiş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Scorpions -MM-'s Octav Vătăşel made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yves Michalon was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Teodor Capătă hit a great ball. Yves Michalon was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Octav Vătăşel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Octav Vătăşel really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Octav Vătăşel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Yves Michalon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Scorpions -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Octav Vătăşel in the 35th minute. A nice corner shot did that Octav Vătăşel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yves Michalon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With an all-out effort, Scorpions -MM-'s Yves Michalon threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alex Vrânceanu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 40 minutes into the match, SILMONT's Gilles Patron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristinel Zdrobiş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yves Michalon made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Dan Tinu sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Descombes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Scorpions -MM-'s Traian Uzuneanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yves Michalon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. With his leg Cristinel Zdrobiş managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when SILMONT's Gilles Patron fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 61 minutes into the match, Dan Tinu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yves Michalon. SILMONT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Tinu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The supporters of SILMONT booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodor Capătă didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Gilles Patron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Zdrobiş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yves Michalon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Tinu in the 69th minute of play. Yves Michalon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Tinu in the 69th minute of the match. After 73 minutes, Fabian Mihuț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scorpions -MM- and the SILMONT players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, Traian Uzuneanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scorpions -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Yves Michalon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Vrânceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Ştefan Cipău got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Scorpions -MM- had won after a very even match.
