Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thanks to some nice moves Darío Friederichs could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Pawel Siedlecki however easily saved by the left post. Ignacio Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Coutinho in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Joe Uytterhaegen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ovalle City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joe Uytterhaegen to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Ovalle City got a freekick which was hit by Barni Donoso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Enoch in the 57th minute of play forced Ovalle City's goalkeeper Pawel Siedlecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Darío Friederichs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Siedlecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darío Friederichs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Siedlecki having to interfere. Pawel Siedlecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Enoch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pawel Siedlecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darío Friederichs, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Severino Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ignacio Quiroga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pawel Siedlecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glenn Fyfe, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Ovalle City's goal looked a bit too open when Glenn Fyfe came free, but Pawel Siedlecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Darío Friederichs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-4. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
