An unexpectedly hard shot by Hayyam Sanih in the 16th minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Tommie Vaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, City Friseur Wuppertal's Doğan Kavi got a free kick in the 40th minute. Silver Squad AFC's Dyllen Severyns quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eşref Mutluay, made in the 46th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 57 minutes, Lorenzo Rockloos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Silver Squad AFC and the City Friseur Wuppertal players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Acar Abanoz could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Tommie Vaes however easily saved by the left post. In the 65th minute Mehmet Ediz Soysan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommie Vaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joost Cockaerts hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Mehmet Ediz Soysan came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the City Friseur Wuppertal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Ediz Soysan couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute Mehmet Ediz Soysan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommie Vaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Acar Abanoz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommie Vaes, 1-2. Tommie Vaes was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Alperen Kantara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alperen Kantara really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. The throw-in from Eşref Mutluay in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Silver Squad AFC's Dyllan Switten. In the 92nd match minute, City Friseur Wuppertal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mevlüt İncel to maneuver through the defense. The Silver Squad AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. City Friseur Wuppertal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
