The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nabar Urruti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Baldemer Bartumeu hit a great ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Nabar Urruti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nabar Urruti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Baeza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Doris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nabar Urruti struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Antonio Gizzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Baldemer Bartumeu hit a great ball. Anthony Doris hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Antxoka Valerón struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Antonio Gizzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA. The supporters of F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA booed when Calenzano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulvio Aquilino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antxoka Valerón in the 34th minute of play forced Calenzano's goalkeeper Antonio Gizzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Joaquin Estruch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Ermanno Garibaldi made a precise shot to the right of Roberto Baeza. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Nabar Urruti took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Antonio Gizzi to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrin Aguilar to make the kick off. Roberto Baeza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anthony Doris in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the game, one of Calenzano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Matxin Losantos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Calenzano's Antonio Gizzi. 3-1. In the 62nd match minute, Calenzano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Garibaldi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Calenzano's zone, Antxoka Valerón stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Gizzi came out of the goal and Antxoka Valerón tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the game, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Peli Harroyo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Gizzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 72 minutes into the match, Calenzano's goal looked a bit too open when Andrin Aguilar came free, but Antonio Gizzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermanno Garibaldi hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. A collision led to Calenzano getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Fabiano Biscotti hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Andrin Aguilar notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Calenzano's Antonio Gizzi. Antonio Gizzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 83 minutes, Peli Harroyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peli Harroyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute Andrin Aguilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Gizzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Calenzano getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Carmine Cimino hit a great ball. Artur Martínez missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 90 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Antonio Gizzi right hand side. Antonio Gizzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nabar Urruti in the 92nd minute of play. Andrin Aguilar scored 6-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Gizzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
