With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antxoka Valerón in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Isăcescu saved Alexandria Team08 from getting behind. Albert Balint charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Balint the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 12 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Antxoka Valerón sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabian Isăcescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Alexandria Team08 booed when F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Estruch didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Cristinel Focșa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexandria Team08's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristinel Focșa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramón Quiroga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabian Isăcescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dani Gallardo in the 17th minute. Niculae Corvin took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramón Quiroga. Ramón Quiroga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ramón Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niculae Corvin in the 33rd minute of play. Fabian Isăcescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dani Gallardo in the 38th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Matxin Losantos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Isăcescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fabian Isăcescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joan Gallego, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gheorghe Leucuța made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Dani Gallardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Isăcescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Abellan hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Alexandria Team08's Cristinel Focșa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Alexandria Team08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Amânaloae to maneuver through the defense. When Tulio Villa fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's protests and gave Tulio Villa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Dani Gallardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Isăcescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.
