Cezary Duda hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The long shot by Ernest Lannoy in the 36th minute really tested Stanislaw Lanczak's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Elegance Dijon getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Sacha Breuil hit a great ball. Stanislaw Lanczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adil Caruso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Rayanne Saurat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Elegance Dijon's Sacha Breuil got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaroslaw Furtok stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
