An unexpectedly hard shot by Hafız Öztekin in the 11th minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper 龙剑宽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervásio Severiano in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 龙剑宽 saved Valette Stars from getting behind. The supporters of VB-Team booed when Valette Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armand Plaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Valette Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Gervásio Severiano came free, but 龙剑宽 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Mario Dewaele who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Baltasar Matias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Gervásio Severiano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 龙剑宽. Gervásio Severiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Baltasar Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Chaine in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mario Dewaele's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltasar Matias was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Romain Ferrere hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Fabrício Lopes made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Gervásio Severiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 龙剑宽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 龙剑宽 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Antony Ferrant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Matias having to interfere. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Sandro Leitão hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Hafız Öztekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 龙剑宽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Matias came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Valette Stars's Guillaume Chaine. But to his dismay, Guillaume Chaine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hafız Öztekin in the 71st minute of play forced Valette Stars's goalkeeper 龙剑宽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 龙剑宽 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hafız Öztekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Alexis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Baltasar Matias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. VB-Team's Baltasar Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Dewaele in the 80th minute of play. VB-Team were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
