In the 16th minute, Fabrício Lopes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VB-Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 20 minutes, Hafız Öztekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VB-Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hafız Öztekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Royal PSG's Tristan Bétourne got control of the ball when Gervásio Severiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baltasar Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Filippini in the 32nd minute of play. Baltasar Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Filippini in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edoardo Filippini in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltasar Matias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Edoardo Filippini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 44 minutes, Hafız Öztekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VB-Team and the Royal PSG players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hafız Öztekin kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Royal PSG made a substitution. Fred Torres replaced Edoardo Filippini. A collision led to Royal PSG getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ferhat Özsan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrício Lopes in the 68th minute of play forced Royal PSG's goalkeeper Tristan Bétourne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucila Gimeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VB-Team's 邱升邦 was substituted for Hafız Öztekin.
