Aureliano Karlo in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sobhy Paredes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 7th minute, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Aureliano Karlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sobhy Paredes having to make a save. In the 13th minute of the match, Aureliano Karlo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sobhy Paredes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by E.C.Pelotas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dawid Beckham was slow to take the kick. During this time Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Christoff Stocks managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Sobhy Paredes was a little too slow when Aureliano Karlo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. The Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Christoff Stocks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Karlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sobhy Paredes made a huge save. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind E.C.Pelotas's goalkeeper Sobhy Paredes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nando Vides made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Erivaldo Furlan immediately put the ball in play. In the 46th minute Alfonso Leon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, E.C.Pelotas's Sobhy Paredes got control of the ball when Aureliano Karlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After a defensive mix-up in E.C.Pelotas's zone, Aureliano Karlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sobhy Paredes came out of the goal and Aureliano Karlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the game, Ataulfo Macho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. E.C.Pelotas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ the free kick. A collision led to E.C.Pelotas getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ataulfo Macho hit a great ball. E.C.Pelotas made a substitution. Luke Modrić replaced Alfonso Leon. E.C.Pelotas's Wilhelm Rolfsson was substituted for Nando Vides. 60 minutes into the match, E.C.Pelotas's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Karlo came free, but Sobhy Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Ataulfo Macho threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Germano Bettencourt quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mario Sesuldo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Sobhy Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dawid Beckham, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Aureliano Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sobhy Paredes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. E.C.Pelotas's Sobhy Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Beckham in the 73rd minute of play. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Julien Staffelbach was substituted for Aureliano Karlo. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ made a substitution. Romulo Abilio replaced Christoff Stocks. Julien Staffelbach might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sobhy Paredes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julien Staffelbach ran back to his position shaking his head. E.C.Pelotas's Sobhy Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Staffelbach in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julien Staffelbach in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sobhy Paredes saved E.C.Pelotas from getting behind. Romulo Abilio might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sobhy Paredes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romulo Abilio ran back to his position shaking his head. After 96 minutes of play, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Julien Staffelbach made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sobhy Paredes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
