Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Braulio Astrada started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Birrell Batterham came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the TheRockets fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birrell Batterham couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Philip Tarrant sped through Tobuna AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aaron Rodriguez. In the 9th match minute, TheRockets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Kuch to maneuver through the defense. After 10 played minutes, Tobuna AFC's Cornelio Nisio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jamese Veitch came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tobuna AFC reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Birrell Batterham in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Rodriguez saved Tobuna AFC from getting behind. Dakota Shortis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Aaron Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Marcos Asier recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jamese Veitch. Marcos Asier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Dakota Shortis struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Aaron Rodriguez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TheRockets. After 22nd play minutes Braulio Astrada shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Jamese Veitch and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Birrell Batterham managed to get in a good position for a shot. TheRockets's supporters rose to their feet, but Birrell Batterham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Rodriguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the game, Braulio Astrada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jamese Veitch. Braulio Astrada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. With a little luck, TheRockets's Jamese Veitch got control of the ball when Basilio Nofre tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Tobuna AFC's Braulio Astrada ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jamese Veitch. Jamese Veitch yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. A collision led to Tobuna AFC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Cornelio Nisio hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Tobuna AFC defense, Birrell Batterham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Rodriguez. The Tobuna AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Rodriguez should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Remy Fynn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Rodriguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. After a defensive mix-up in Tobuna AFC's zone, Birrell Batterham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Rodriguez came out of the goal and Birrell Batterham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Asier came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jamese Veitch could save by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-3 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Asier in the 53rd minute of play forced TheRockets's goalkeeper Jamese Veitch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Birrell Batterham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TheRockets's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birrell Batterham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute, Braulio Astrada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Asier scored 5-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jamese Veitch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dakota Shortis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Aaron Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Tobuna AFC's Marcos Asier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jamese Veitch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-3. A collision led to Tobuna AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Marcos Asier hit a great ball. TheRockets's Jamese Veitch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Gines in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tobuna AFC's Cornelio Nisio got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 91st minute, Philip Tarrant got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jamese Veitch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Gines in the 94th minute of the match. The Tobuna AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
