After some careless play in the Swestars defense, Teobaldo Gonza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mikael Jespersson. The Swestars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mikael Jespersson should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Swestars's zone, Arsenio Hustaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikael Jespersson came out of the goal and Arsenio Hustaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jonny Eriksson made the kick off in the second half. Mikael Jespersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Luzaide in the 54th minute of play. When Betelgeux FC's Aureliano Gora in 60 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Cornelio Olo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Betelgeux FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Eriksson came free, but Jorge Havier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Celino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Mikael Jespersson made a huge save. Raul Celino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Mikael Jespersson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Raul Celino put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Mikael Jespersson.
