The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Swestars getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Dan Apelkvist hit a great ball. Swestars's Aaron Kilman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikolay Badaev in the 7th minute of play. Valter Bolander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksandr Rudenskiy having to interfere. FC Ural's Aleksandr Rudenskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Ekeroth in the 16th minute of play. Nikolay Badaev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Kilman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Nikolay Badaev fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ural's protests and gave Nikolay Badaev a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Ural's Nikolay Badaev got a free kick in the 28th minute. Aleksandr Rudenskiy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manfred Åman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. Valter Bolander's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Aleksandr Rudenskiy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 34th minute, Swestars's Manfred Åman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aleksandr Rudenskiy. Aleksandr Rudenskiy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Oleg Veretennikov struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Aaron Kilman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ural. 42 minutes into the game, Denis Solodnikov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ural's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Swestars the free kick. A collision led to FC Ural getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Denis Solodnikov hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Oleg Veretennikov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ural's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Swestars the free kick. After 43 played minutes FC Ural got a freekick which was hit by Oleg Veretennikov. When Filipp Savinov fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ural's protests and gave Filipp Savinov a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Ural! In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Swestars. Dan Apelkvist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aleksandr Rudenskiy. 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valter Bolander to make the kick off. Aaron Kilman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oleg Veretennikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valter Bolander struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. The referee ignored Swestars's protests and gave Manfred Åman a yellow card for diving instead. Manfred Åman kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Nikolay Badaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 78 minutes, Oleg Veretennikov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ural's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oleg Veretennikov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 82 played minutes, Swestars's Dan Apelkvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aleksandr Rudenskiy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Swestars reached it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Swestars fully deserved thier win.
