Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquim Carvalho started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Joaquim Carvalho sped through C.A.Guimarães's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sílvio Couto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamel Espitalier in the 6th minute of play forced C.A.Guimarães's goalkeeper Sílvio Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, David Holmstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, C.A.Guimarães's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Carvalho came free, but Sílvio Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Couto came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Salamanca UDS's Joaquim Carvalho. But to his dismay, Joaquim Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Sílvio Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Holmstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes C.A.Guimarães got a freekick which was hit by Benê Lago. Joaquim Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sílvio Couto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. When Salamanca UDS's Joaquim Carvalho in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A.Guimarães's goalie prevented a goal. Sílvio Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 28 minutes Salamanca UDS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Refik Halit Süngü who took care of the corner kick. Tião Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Leopold Heinloo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sílvio Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamel Espitalier in the 43rd minute of the match. Benê Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Joaquim Carvalho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of C.A.Guimarães's Sílvio Couto. Sílvio Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Refik Halit Süngü made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, C.A.Guimarães's goalkeeper Sílvio Couto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kamel Espitalier. 54 minutes into the match, Joaquim Carvalho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sílvio Couto, 0-5. In the 60th minute, Joaquim Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 63rdth minute of the game Joaquim Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.Guimarães's Sílvio Couto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute Kamel Espitalier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isac Gueifão kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Sílvio Couto came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Salamanca UDS's Leopold Heinloo. But to his dismay, Leopold Heinloo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Sílvio Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopold Heinloo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tugay Okkan kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Sílvio Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Holmstedt in the 93rd minute of the match. Benê Lago hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After 96 played minutes, Salamanca UDS's Tugay Okkan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sílvio Couto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salamanca UDS reached it. When the final whistle sounded Salamanca UDS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.A.Guimarães.
