Johan Ostersen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Joélson de Azevedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Johan Ostersen got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kai Hammerslev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis De Rossi in the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Rosenhøj Boldklub getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Aksel Noy hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Samuel Weltz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosenhøj Boldklub fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Samuel Weltz came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Rosenhøj Boldklub fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Weltz couldn't finish the play. Kai Hammerslev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Mustățea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Mustățea in the 29th minute of play forced Rosenhøj Boldklub's goalkeeper Kai Hammerslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Rosenhøj Boldklub's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Mustățea came free, but Kai Hammerslev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Rosenhøj Boldklub fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Rosenhøj Boldklub's Johan Ostersen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 43 minutes, Dennis De Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Genio della Lampada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis De Rossi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Johan Ostersen to make the kick off. Kai Hammerslev was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Pich showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 52 minute of play. Roger Grönlund's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kai Hammerslev firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rosenhøj Boldklub's Kai Hammerslev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Rosenhøj Boldklub from getting a goal against them. Kristof Sveje's late challenge caught a Genio della Lampada FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johan Ostersen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rosenhøj Boldklub's Kai Hammerslev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 何沙铮 in the 79th minute of play. Genio della Lampada FC made a substitution. Aldo Placidi replaced Bianco Pelliccia. Rosenhøj Boldklub's Timo Hammerskov was substituted for Samuel Weltz. Aslak Schjær's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joélson de Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Genio della Lampada FC's Joélson de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Ostersen in the 91st minute of play. Kai Hammerslev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emiliano Santilli in the 92nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciccio Cellucci got free with Kai Hammerslev in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Many of Genio della Lampada FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Genio della Lampada FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Rosenhøj Boldklub were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
