BK Tåfjutt were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Laykers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kosmas Charalambakis took the corner. The corner led BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang to fire away a dangerous shot which Demetrio Greco despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Laykers's Demetrio Greco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Golang in the 10th minute of play. Demetrio Greco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Barck in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Laykers's Carmine Cavanna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hampus Vall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Demetrio Greco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Golang in the 19th minute of the match. BK Tåfjutt's Hampus Vall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save BK Tåfjutt from getting a goal against them. If Carmine Cavanna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferruccio Di Palmas short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Hampus Vall to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hampus Vall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmine Cavanna, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With his leg Hampus Vall managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Laykers's Carmine Cavanna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Demetrio Greco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Golang in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. BK Tåfjutt's Karol Magdziarz was substituted for Ken Golang. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmine Cavanna to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes BK Tåfjutt got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Blomqvist. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karol Magdziarz in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Demetrio Greco saved Laykers from getting behind. If Ferruccio Di Palma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Demetrio Greco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Magdziarz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Bermudez got free with Demetrio Greco in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
