The Team FC's Aníbal Lorenzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Favoretto in the 3rd minute of play. After 9 minutes The Team FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Quintin Scheiber who took care of the corner kick. Aníbal Lorenzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Favoretto in the 11th minute of play. With his leg Anton Hurezeanu managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when The Team FC's Cao Shi Yi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Santiago Futebol Clube's Anton Hurezeanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Santiago Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Santa María made a kick off. 50 minutes into the match, Santiago Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Shelton Flanagan came free, but Anton Hurezeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
