Berlin's protests and gave Christoph Hering a yellow card for diving instead. Hendrix Pentz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Veliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Karl-Ove Söderström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hendrix Pentz. SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl-Ove Söderström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 12th minute, Laurenz Gemar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejo Veliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Max Rebsch came free and shot a quick shot against goal 17 minutes in the game, fortunately Patrick Eliasson had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Dave Mathy struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Hendrix Pentz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gnesta Oilers. 22 minutes into the match, Dave Mathy notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Hendrix Pentz. Hendrix Pentz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Max Rebsch made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 26thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Patrick Eliasson would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaudencio Stanislao was slow to take the kick. During this time Gnesta Oilers's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Claes Thidén drilling the ball in to score 0-3 behind SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's goalkeeper. Hendrix Pentz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Veliz in the 39th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Alejo Veliz sped through SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hendrix Pentz. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Max Rebsch to make the kick off. Hendrix Pentz made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Alejo Veliz sent off a good shot on target. Patrick Eliasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Max Rebsch's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Hendrix Pentz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Ove Söderström, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Max Rebsch in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. If Alejo Veliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Karl-Ove Söderström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hendrix Pentz was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Ove Söderström came free, but Hendrix Pentz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute of the game, Ragnar Schleuter landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejo Veliz during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin made a substitution. Bartolo Kimmel replaced Ragnar Schleuter. Patrick Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Rebsch in the 90th minute of the match.
