Berlin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hendrix Pentz should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herwig Fricke during the 25th minute. With his leg Concetto Raniolo managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Max Rebsch fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hendrix Pentz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michail Bakunin, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Max Rebsch made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tiger booed when SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ty Scheringer didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michail Bakunin in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hendrix Pentz saved SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin from getting behind. Michail Bakunin took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hendrix Pentz. Hendrix Pentz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-15.
