Isaltino Borges made a great header on MICE F.C.'s corner, it was just that Motala AIF's Adriano Tolin managed to reach the ball for a save. Motala AIF's Adriano Tolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themis Pepper in the 12th minute of play. Dimitris Skondras's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Adriano Tolin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the game, Menios Tsirkos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Adriano Tolin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. MICE F.C. were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Motala AIF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iraklis Mortensøn took the corner. Adriano Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Skondras in the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of MICE F.C. booed when Motala AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mirko Brülisauer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernst Pino charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernst Pino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MICE F.C. booed when Motala AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Pino didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Iraklis Mortensøn came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the MICE F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iraklis Mortensøn couldn't finish the play. Motala AIF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
