If Joélson dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd match minute, Flamengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Ove Joensson to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Orhan Kazakhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Di Feng Feng having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kasper Bivall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Di Feng Feng was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The Flamengo fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Flamengo's Kasper Bivall looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After 69 played minutes EC Rodrigus MZ got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Silva. Di Feng Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Ove Joensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
