Alvar Hermansson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute of the match Fredric Zander shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brady Landrum showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Flamengo had won after a very even match.
