Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Felipe Salvino made the kick off and thus started the match. 12 minutes into the match, Hector Gizon notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Guiñazú FC's Clemente Peli. Clemente Peli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 18 minutes, Delmar Gombal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guiñazú FC and the San Martin de Tucuman players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Guiñazú FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Gombal to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 21 minutes, Eliseo Pelayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guiñazú FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Pelayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Lalla in the 27th minute of play forced Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper Clemente Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, San Martin de Tucuman's Gaston Etxepare ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Clemente Peli. Clemente Peli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Gaston Etxepares short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Clemente Peli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Clemente Peli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benedicto Lalla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 45 minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Hector Gizon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Clemente Peli, 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaston Etxepare to strike the kick off in the second half. Clemente Peli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Lalla in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to San Martin de Tucuman getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Prospero Santo hit a great ball. Eliseo Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, Guiñazú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Quiroga came free, but Clemente Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Peli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Etxepare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Guiñazú FC's Delmar Gombal got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the game's 75th minute San Martin de Tucuman's Damian Quiroga took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Clemente Peli and thus the score was 6-0. After 78 played minutes Guiñazú FC got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Cebo. San Martin de Tucuman's Gaston Etxepare got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute Damian Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Delmar Gombal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. The supporters of San Martin de Tucuman booed when Guiñazú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Gombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Damian Quiroga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Peli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Guiñazú FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Sebastian Naldo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Guiñazú FC's Sebastian Naldo got a free kick in the 98th minute.
