Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) INTERISTAS's Kleon Soulakas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Iacovella, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Carloforte f.c.'s Frank Rotili. But to his dismay, Frank Rotili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alessandro Iacovella took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Alessandro Iacovella came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Carloforte f.c. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Iacovella couldn't finish the play. Alvise Bevilacqua kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. INTERISTAS's Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Rotili in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Alvise Bevilacqua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Iacovella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bianco Mannucci hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, INTERISTAS's Aimilios Brizolakis tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Frank Rotili ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Iacovella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alessandro Iacovella was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the INTERISTAS defense, Alessandro Iacovella kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos. The INTERISTAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, INTERISTAS's Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos got control of the ball when Alessandro Iacovella tried to sneak it across the goal line. From close distance Alessandro Iacovella pressed in the 0-5 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 58 minutes into the game. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvise Bevilacqua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to INTERISTAS getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Fotis Pentaridis hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes, Carloforte f.c.'s Elia Crisantemo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carloforte f.c. reached it. The supporters of INTERISTAS booed when Carloforte f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Rotili didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Camillo Orecchioni made a precise shot to the right of Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos. INTERISTAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Rotili in the 80th minute of play forced INTERISTAS's goalkeeper Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Alvise Bevilacqua dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos, 0-8. INTERISTAS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Alessandro Iacovella scored to the left of an out of position Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos, making the score, 0-9. Anastasios Kanetis kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Frank Rotili hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Stamatis Dimitrakopoulos made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Alessandro Iacovella sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Carloforte f.c. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
