Damião Valentim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Mariano Japón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of São Francisco FC86 booed when Monistrolet CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nesto Gómez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Furo Rede's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariano Japón was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Brais Perpiñán's late challenge caught a São Francisco FC86's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brais Perpiñán helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Brais Perpiñán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 minutes of play, São Francisco FC86's Ronaldo Pinheiro made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Japón was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. In the 64th minute, Ronaldo Pinheiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th play minute Ronaldo Pinheiro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mariano Japón. 0-11. 78 minutes into the match, Monistrolet CD's goalkeeper Mariano Japón had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo Pinheiro. 0-12 became the score in the 80th minute when Ronaldo Pinheiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Alexandre Fraga might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Japón. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandre Fraga ran back to his position shaking his head. If Alexandre Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Monistrolet CD's Mariano Japón got control of the ball when Ronaldo Pinheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over São Francisco FC86 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Monistrolet CD throughout the match.
