Ubaldo Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Fano in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Fano in the 7th minute of play forced Ríver Late's goalkeeper Ubaldo Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ríver Late's Ubaldo Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Fano in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, C.A. GUAYACO's Arias Burgo got control of the ball when Leopoldo Jacinto Luque tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severino Bonifaz shot from long distance after 17 played minutes, a shot that Arias Burgo with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leopoldo Jacinto Luque to strike the kick off in the second half. Marco Ureña succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Alvarez Rosa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Lucio Fano came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the C.A. GUAYACO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Fano couldn't finish the play. C.A. GUAYACO made a substitution. Armando Paniagua replaced Marco Ureña. C.A. GUAYACO's Walme Saucedo was substituted for Vincent Murieta. Ubaldo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Pillado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
