In the 4th minute Dan Liciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Varga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dragoslaveni's Matei Varga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Raţiu in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Liciu in the 36th minute of play forced Dragoslaveni's goalkeeper Matei Varga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Stejaru made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Matei Varga successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ciprian Pârlea kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Maxim Mihu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. 58 minutes into the match, Dragoslaveni's goalkeeper Matei Varga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxim Mihu. Matei Varga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Stejaru in the 59th minute of play. Silviu Raţiu came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Matei Varga could save by the left post. In the 61st minute, one of Dragoslaveni:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dragoslaveni. The goalkeeper, Matei Varga, was totally fooled by FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Francisc Onete, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Dan Liciu hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Laurențiu Panciu came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Dragoslaveni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurențiu Panciu couldn't finish the play. After 70 played minutes Dragoslaveni got a freekick which was hit by Ciprian Pârlea. Matei Varga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Stejaru in the 73rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded FC PIETROSUL -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dragoslaveni.
