Alfred Russo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sotomayor Pendones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Philotimo booed when Somerset was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Somerset's Alfred Russo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaviedes Alcubierre in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Macias Silva notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Somerset's Alfred Russo. Alfred Russo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Somerset getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Donny Lincoln hit a great ball. Ervin Woodall kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Alfred Russo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotomayor Pendones in the 67th minute of play. With his leg Alfred Russo managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when FC Philotimo's Kaviedes Alcubierre fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Casper Epps struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gavica Enderica didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Somerset. Sotomayor Pendones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Alfred Russo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Epps in the 84th minute of play forced FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Gavica Enderica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, Somerset was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Thomson to maneuver through the defense. Kaviedes Alcubierre, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kaviedes Alcubierre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Philotimo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
