Mauro Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Loreto in the 28th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florentino Piarres during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 92 in the game by Davi Lendaa from a close distance when the talented Fabio Totakoxe managed to make a qualified save. Forest Green's players were relieved. In the 93rd minute Davi Lendaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Totakoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nova Venécia-ES's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
