The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Tatooine Local Club getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. David Kagai Kipsos hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Charles Wambui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raul Bowen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Paul Ogot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aníbal Lorenzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazul Mwaura in the 10th minute of play. In the 14th minute Fazul Mwaura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aníbal Lorenzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Ogot came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by The Team FC's Cao Shi Yi. But to his dismay, Cao Shi Yi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Tatooine Local Club's Paul Ogot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Tatooine Local Club from getting a goal against them. Paul Ogot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cao Shi Yi's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 26th match minute, Tatooine Local Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Kagai Kipsos to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Cao Shi Yi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Tatooine Local Club's Paul Ogot got control of the ball when Shelton Flanagan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cao Shi Yi in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paul Ogot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Grant Foote had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the The Team FC defense, Fazul Mwaura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aníbal Lorenzi. The The Team FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aníbal Lorenzi should have stopped the shot. In the 40th match minute, Tatooine Local Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Kimutai to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Tatooine Local Club's Paul Ogot got control of the ball when Shelton Flanagan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Krisztián Újfalussy was slow to take the kick. During this time The Team FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to The Team FC's Shelton Flanagan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The Team FC's Aníbal Lorenzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrick Ntalami in the 72nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Shelton Flanagan sped through Tatooine Local Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paul Ogot. Paul Ogot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cao Shi Yi's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Cao Shi Yi sped through Tatooine Local Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paul Ogot. After 89 played minutes Tatooine Local Club got a freekick which was hit by Charles Wambui. Aníbal Lorenzi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fredrick Ntalami went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The Team FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
