The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patro Eisden Maasmechelen's Isidro Calisto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Aluculesei in the 12th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Bichigiu's Emil Demian made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidro Calisto was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Daniel Olteanu came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Bichigiu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Olteanu couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Patro Eisden Maasmechelen's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Olteanu came free, but Isidro Calisto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Emil Demian heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Isidro Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Olteanu in the 24th minute of play. Isidro Calisto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bichigiu's Damian Aluculesei shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 28th minute, Damian Aluculesei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Aluculesei in the 29th minute of play forced Patro Eisden Maasmechelen's goalkeeper Isidro Calisto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Olteanu scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Calisto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Daniel Olteanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidro Calisto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 40 minutes into the match, Patro Eisden Maasmechelen's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Olteanu came free, but Isidro Calisto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Calisto came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bichigiu's Mihnea Goșa. But to his dismay, Mihnea Goșa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damian Aluculesei made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Bichigiu's Daniel Olteanu stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Isidro Calisto stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Patro Eisden Maasmechelen of the goal. Dimitri Van Hooveldt's late challenge caught a Bichigiu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dimitri Van Hooveldt helped the player get up and apologised. Dimitri Van Hooveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Isidro Calisto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Aluculesei in the 69th minute of the match. Ionel Noica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitri Van Hooveldt went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Isidro Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Aluculesei in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Bichigiu getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ivan Ionașcu hit a great ball. Damian Aluculesei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isidro Calisto having to make a save. Isidro Calisto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Goșa, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Damian Aluculesei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Calisto having to interfere. Gill Wolput hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes Gavril Codrescu scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Isidro Calisto who was too lazy, 1-7. Bichigiu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
