An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatole Le Lay in the 20th minute of play forced Samyang Ramen's goalkeeper Alex Wållander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 21st minute of the game was made by Jon Kaxe with Walter Siggman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 22 minutes, Fabrizio Ravanelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samyang Ramen and the SILMONT players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind SILMONT's goalkeeper Qiu Zhi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31stth minute of the game Walter Siggman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SILMONT's Qiu Zhi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 played minutes Samyang Ramen got a freekick which was hit by Jon Kaxe. Alex Wållander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anatole Le Lay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Anatole Le Lay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Walter Siggman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qiu Zhi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qiu Zhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrizio Ravanelli in the 39th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Jon Kaxe threw the ball into play from the sideline. SILMONT's Jakub Pisarcik quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Samyang Ramen's Hans-Jürgen Nudelman got a free kick in the 45th minute. Alex Wållander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anatole Le Lay in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walter Siggman to make the kick off. Alex Wållander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anatole Le Lay in the 52nd minute of play. SILMONT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martial Haas in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatole Le Lay in the 55th minute of play forced Samyang Ramen's goalkeeper Alex Wållander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Anatole Le Lay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Wållander. Samyang Ramen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anatole Le Lay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. SILMONT's Gabriel Duflos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 67 minutes in the game Gabriel Hedling did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Thor Dalström. Qiu Zhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo-Erik Apelkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the SILMONT defense, Göran Nordgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Qiu Zhi. The SILMONT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Qiu Zhi should have stopped the shot. SILMONT made a substitution. Xiao Zhen Feng replaced Martial Haas. 74 minutes into the match, Samyang Ramen's goal looked a bit too open when Anatole Le Lay came free, but Alex Wållander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SILMONT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ryan Monvoisin in the 75th minute. It was a well-played corner which Jean-Yves Bayle managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Samyang Ramen made a substitution. Starkaður Smakaev replaced Walter Siggman. In the 81st minute, Anatole Le Lay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SILMONT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Thor Dalström made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SILMONT's Gabriel Duflos. Anatole Le Lay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Wållander having to interfere. SILMONT's Qiu Zhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo-Erik Apelkvist in the 90th minute of play.
