The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Zumar Gascon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peker Baycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ray Ruth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Peker Baycan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Necdet Baştugay in the 9th minute of play forced Barcelona de América's goalkeeper Alfred Kochowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Viergol scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peker Baycan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Ruth in the 14th minute of play forced AKHisaR's goalkeeper Peker Baycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AKHisaR's Peker Baycan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save AKHisaR from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, AKHisaR's Peker Baycan got control of the ball when Ray Ruth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peker Baycan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ray Ruth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peker Baycan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ray Ruth showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 25 minute of play. Ray Ruth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peker Baycan having to interfere. In the 30th minute Ahmet Necdet Baştugay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Kochowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ray Ruth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Harun Ayaydın. When Dani Ganado came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Barcelona de América fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dani Ganado couldn't finish the play. When Barcelona de América's Zumar Gascon, in the 37th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Barcelona de América. A collision led to AKHisaR getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Mustafa Ali Kongur hit a great ball. A hard shot by Dani Ganado from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Peker Baycan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ray Ruth to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ray Ruth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peker Baycan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 59 played minutes Barcelona de América got a freekick which was hit by Parisi Queduro. A collision led to Barcelona de América getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Parisi Queduro hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Krišjānis Ābeļnieks ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peker Baycan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Krišjānis Ābeļnieks blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peker Baycan having to make a save. 67 minutes into the match, AKHisaR's goal looked a bit too open when Krišjānis Ābeļnieks came free, but Peker Baycan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's Krišjānis Ābeļnieks sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peker Baycan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Barcelona de América were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after AKHisaR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Perlaza Lena took the corner. The corner led Barcelona de América's Perlaza Lena to a score. 7-0 in the 79th minute. Peker Baycan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krišjānis Ābeļnieks in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Krišjānis Ābeļnieks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peker Baycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Perlaza Lena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Krišjānis Ābeļnieks scored 8-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peker Baycan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Alfred Kochowski managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when AKHisaR's Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Barcelona de América walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
