Cavaliers FC's Cornelio Villegas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Cavaliers FC from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the game, Vipos FC's Fidel Jokin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cornelio Villegas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 43rd minute, Isaias Eladio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel Jokin kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Cavaliers FC's attentive Jeremias Sandalio managed to snatch the ball when Teodoro Garci made a throw-in in the 47th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Florencio Villegas made the kick off in the second half. If Fidel Jokin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cavaliers FC's Severo Tohias got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to Cavaliers FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Severo Tohias hit a great ball. Cornelio Villegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute Vipos FC were awarded a corner. Miguel Castanheira went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Miguel Castanheira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cornelio Villegas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 68 minutes, Zeledon Barbosa made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cavaliers FC's Cornelio Villegas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute, Miguel Castanheira made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Villegas. Cavaliers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Gervasio Ixaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Arano in the 76th minute of the match. Cornelio Villegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Jokin in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vipos FC's Fidel Jokin got a free kick in the 81st minute. The supporters of Cavaliers FC booed when Vipos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Jokin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Villegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nasos Aquilino in the 85th minute of play. Cornelio Villegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Castanheira in the 92nd minute of the match. Desiderio Rami kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
