After a defensive mix-up in Åhus Absolut F.C's zone, Lucrețiu Ghimiș stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Åke Juhlin came out of the goal and Lucrețiu Ghimiș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bianco Cappucci in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Åke Juhlin saved Åhus Absolut F.C from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bianco Cappucci in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Åke Juhlin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 10 minutes of play, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Åke Juhlin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 17 minutes Åhus Absolut F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eugen Mihălțan who took care of the corner kick. Basarab Vărzaru made a great header on ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's corner, it was just that Åhus Absolut F.C's Jan-Åke Juhlin managed to reach the ball for a save. Emil Gabor made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Honu Ng sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakob Browall got free with Emil Gabor in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan-Åke Juhlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Vărzaru in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Åke Juhlin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 were awarded a corner. Eugen Mihălțan went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Eugen Mihălțan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jan-Åke Juhlin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The throw-in from Luiz Fábio Catarinense in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Eliodor Gheban. In the 37th minute Lucrețiu Ghimiș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Juhlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Åke Juhlin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pelle Sikström kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jan-Åke Juhlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucrețiu Ghimiș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jakob Browall got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Konrad Dlugi was substituted for Eliodor Gheban. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucrețiu Ghimiș to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Basarab Vărzaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Åke Juhlin. Åhus Absolut F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basarab Vărzaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luiz Fábio Catarinense got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Honu Ng. 68 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Åke Juhlin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucrețiu Ghimiș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Åke Juhlin having to interfere. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Ole-Petter Korsvik was substituted for Adrián Frick. 74 minutes into the match, Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Juhlin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș. 78 minutes into the match, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Åke Juhlin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Åhus Absolut F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eugen Mihălțan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Basarab Vărzaru getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Lucrețiu Ghimiș recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan-Åke Juhlin. Lucrețiu Ghimiș showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jan-Åke Juhlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Åhus Absolut F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Lucrețiu Ghimiș reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan-Åke Juhlin. The goal made the score 0-4. Lucrețiu Ghimiș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
