In the 5thth minute of the game Alvaro Ramiréz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gnesta Oilers's Rui Patrício was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute Alas de Júpiter were awarded a corner. Clemente Valdivieso went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Mario Hermosa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gnesta Oilers's Rui Patrício did a great save. With his leg Rui Patrício managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Alas de Júpiter's Hernán Palacios fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With splendid footwork Hernán Palacios arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 15th minute. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Alvaro Ramiréz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Rui Patrício to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute, Alvaro Ramiréz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alas de Júpiter's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Clemente Valdivieso in the 29th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Quique Losada heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Ramiréz in the 32nd minute of play forced Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Rui Patrício to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Karl-Ove Söderström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Alas de Júpiter's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Veliz came free, but Erasto Bargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Veliz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hernán Palacios who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Rui Patrício when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 40th minute Alas de Júpiter were awarded a corner. Clemente Valdivieso went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Alas de Júpiter's Mario Hermosa getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Karl-Ove Söderström charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Ove Söderström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Gnesta Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Ove Söderström to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Rui Patrício had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernán Palacios. Rui Patrício didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Alas de Júpiter's Hernán Palacios shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Alvaro Ramiréz made the kick off in the second half. The Alas de Júpiter fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Alas de Júpiter's Hernán Palacios looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alejo Veliz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Erasto Bargas made a huge save. When Alas de Júpiter's Hernán Palacios in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gnesta Oilers's goalie prevented a goal. Rui Patrício made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Ramiréz in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's Dave Mathy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasto Bargas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dave Mathy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasto Bargas having to interfere. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gnesta Oilers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Clemente Valdivieso was slow to take the kick. During this time Alas de Júpiter's players had a chance to rest. In the 74th minute, Alvaro Ramiréz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alas de Júpiter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Hernán Palacios sped through Gnesta Oilers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rui Patrício. In the 80th minute Karl-Ove Söderström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasto Bargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, John Dahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gnesta Oilers! Rui Patrício stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Ramiréz's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 91st minute, Dave Mathy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gnesta Oilers's Faik Malgır got a free kick in the 98th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Ramiréz in the 99th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Patrício saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind.
