Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raphaël Giacometti started the match with the kick off. The supporters of FC Saubrigues booed when Cieneguita PQ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Errolan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute Pastor Pirmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Dubernard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute of the match, Virgilio Poz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Paulo Dubernard was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 11th minute, Cieneguita PQ's Florentino Sayveon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Florentino Sayveon struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Paulo Dubernard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cieneguita PQ. In the 15th match minute, FC Saubrigues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ibrahim Bene to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Cieneguita PQ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Pastor Pirmin hit a great ball. Faudel Langlois's late challenge caught a Cieneguita PQ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faudel Langlois helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, FC Saubrigues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faudel Langlois to maneuver through the defense. FC Saubrigues's Paulo Dubernard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Pirmin in the 20th minute of play. Paulo Dubernard was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Pastor Pirmin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pastor Pirmin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Bruno Heim's late challenge caught a Cieneguita PQ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Dubernard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Virgilio Poz went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Alphonse Keita might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celestino Cresconio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alphonse Keita ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd minute, Isidro Ugutz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Cieneguita PQ's Pastor Pirmin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo Dubernard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

A collision led to FC Saubrigues getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alphonse Keita hit a great ball. Paulo Dubernard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Poz in the 59th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC Saubrigues defense, Pastor Pirmin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Dubernard. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Dubernard should have stopped the shot. 65 minutes into the match, FC Saubrigues's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Pirmin came free, but Paulo Dubernard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celestino Cresconio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raphaël Giacometti in the 72nd minute. Paulo Dubernard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pastor Pirmin went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Paulo Dubernard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Pirmin in the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Saubrigues getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Faudel Langlois hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Virgilio Poz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cieneguita PQ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Paulo Dubernard came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Cieneguita PQ's Florentino Sayveon. But to his dismay, Florentino Sayveon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. 89 minutes into the match, Virgilio Poz notched a goal, 10-1, to the right of FC Saubrigues's Paulo Dubernard. Paulo Dubernard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alphonse Keita hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Ibrahim Bene was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Saubrigues's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cieneguita PQ the free kick. Clodoveo Vedillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Dubernard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, FC Saubrigues's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Pirmin came free, but Paulo Dubernard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celestino Cresconio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faudel Langlois, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Saubrigues's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
