In the 27th minute Tony Burris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Egoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Phil Mora got control of the ball when Florencio Patrido tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, El Retorno de Palermo's Danilo Milian made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Phil Mora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alberto Walme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Phil Mora made a huge save. Danilo Milian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Natalio Nabar made a kick off. Florencio Patrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th match minute, El Retorno de Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Izotz to maneuver through the defense. If Florencio Patrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Egoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evan Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronnie Sutherland charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronnie Sutherland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ronnie Sutherland hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Phil Mora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Natalio Nabar went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Danilo Milian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Natalio Nabar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Phil Mora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
