Spectators: 7719 (Terracing: 5790, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fulgencio Pedroso started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Faustino Eder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Congo Bongo and the Blåvitt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hannes Waller hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. If Sixto Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leon Loren hit a great ball. Benicio Poz made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Olov Hedbom sent off a good shot on target. Congo Bongo's Benicio Poz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Hedbom in the 16th minute of play. Pontus Valström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Blai, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Christer Aleberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Benicio Poz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Faustino Eder was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. In the 35th match minute, Congo Bongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Eder to maneuver through the defense. Sixto Rodas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Sixto Rodas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Congo Bongo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Blåvitt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Congo Bongo were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olov Hedbom made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Congo Bongo got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Berdoi. Sixto Rodas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Pontus Valström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Congo Bongo's Evelio Iaki got a free kick in the 59th minute. Congo Bongo's Benicio Poz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Hedbom in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute, Karl-Oskar Gunnarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes, Congo Bongo's Lázaro Berdoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pontus Valström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Congo Bongo reached it. Fulgencio Pedroso might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pontus Valström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Pedroso ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 75 minutes, Ramiro Blai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Congo Bongo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Blai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Rodas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. Congo Bongo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sixto Rodas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 minutes, Sixto Rodas made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Blåvitt's Pontus Valström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute, Sixto Rodas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The Blåvitt supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Congo Bongo's performance. The match ended with a win for Congo Bongo.
