Spectators: 8150 (Terracing: 6113, Seating: 1874, VIP seats: 163) Gualterio Barbosa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind JFSP's goalkeeper Võ Gozali, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 10 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Gaizkine. In the 12th minute, Claudinei Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute Pietro Sales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Raebert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Acercate Y Patea de Lejos booed when JFSP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Eduardo Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Delmiro Raebert got control of the ball when Pietro Sales tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Acercate Y Patea de Lejos getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Cirilo Florinio hit a great ball. In the 28th minute Flaco López shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Raebert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Clodoveo Abecia tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flaco López in the 32nd minute of play forced Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Delmiro Raebert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Võ Gozali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Ciceron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Santo Ciceron got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flaco López made a kick off. 56 minutes into the game, JFSP's Pietro Sales nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Raebert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 58 played minutes JFSP got a freekick which was hit by Pietro Sales. 62 minutes into the game, JFSP's Perivaldo Tinoco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Raebert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Lázaro Llope was substituted for Amancio Gaizkine. Võ Gozali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Llope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Acercate Y Patea de Lejos were awarded a corner. Clodoveo Abecia went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Clodoveo Abecia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Võ Gozali quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 80th match minute, JFSP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Eduardo Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Acercate Y Patea de Lejos booed when JFSP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Võ Gozali came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Lázaro Llope. But to his dismay, Lázaro Llope quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Delmiro Raebert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flaco López, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Haritzeder hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The supporters of JFSP booed when Acercate Y Patea de Lejos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute of the match Denílson do Nascimento shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Raebert showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. JFSP were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Acercate Y Patea de Lejos for a fine match.
