Man Chester started the match with the kick off. Hakim Foussard kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Yaji FC's Kryspin Ziemba broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Man Chester in the 8th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alix Geoffray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Tximitx, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 13 minutes of play, Yaji FC's Claudio Suarez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alix Geoffray was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toufik Loir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Yao Guang Chao made a huge save. If Man Chester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alix Geoffray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Tximitx in the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toufik Loir got free with Yao Guang Chao in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Rathmore Lime Tree defense, Man Chester kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alix Geoffray. The Rathmore Lime Tree fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alix Geoffray should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute of the match Kryspin Ziemba shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alix Geoffray showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yaji FC's Man Chester was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alix Geoffray in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 39 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Suarez came free, but Alix Geoffray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Lixandro made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arturo Ranolfo. After the first half Yaji FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toufik Loir to strike the kick off in the second half. Ladislao Tximitx hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The Rathmore Lime Tree fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Rathmore Lime Tree's Erwin Billault looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 56th minute, Ladislao Tximitx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alix Geoffray was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Yaji FC's Yao Guang Chao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin Billault in the 61st minute of play. Gilbert Cosson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Man Chester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alix Geoffray having to interfere. Alix Geoffray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Ziemba in the 69th minute of the match. Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Rathmore Lime Tree from getting a goal against them. Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Ziemba in the 71st minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Kryspin Ziemba notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray. Alix Geoffray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rathmore Lime Tree's Amine Pinault was substituted for Erwin Billault. Hakim Foussard kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Yaji FC's Kryspin Ziemba shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 77th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alix Geoffray but with some difficulty. Alix Geoffray didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. Ladislao Tximitx might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alix Geoffray. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Tximitx ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Ingvar Stubberud kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alix Geoffray. That made the score 1-7 in the 88 minute of play. Alix Geoffray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Ziemba, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Alix Geoffray didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingvar Stubberud went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-8 was the resulting score. Yaji FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
