In the 7th minute Izydor Bulkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadej Pogačar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute of the match Gleszcz SSA got a corner. Decathlon Dudes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pedro Geromel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Waldemar Augustyn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrik Larsson in the 10th minute. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gleszcz SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Temelko Chukov was slow to take the kick. During this time Decathlon Dudes's players had a chance to rest. Henrik Larsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Waldemar Augustyn made a huge save. Henrik Larsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldemar Augustyn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 93rdth minute of the game Damian Bronkala who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Decathlon Dudes's Tadej Pogačar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gleszcz SSA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
