Damazy Polek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Waldemar Augustyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute of the match MZ Wodzisław Śląski got a corner. Gleszcz SSA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cornel Braniște ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cornel Braniște got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Waldemar Augustyn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 18th minute of the match, Maciej Praski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jaroslaw Siedlecki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 23rd minute Cornel Braniște shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Augustyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gleszcz SSA's goalkeeper Waldemar Augustyn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damazy Polek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldemar Augustyn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pawel Karanowski went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 30 minutes, Damazy Polek made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Gleszcz SSA's Waldemar Augustyn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute Pawel Karanowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Augustyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Pawel Karanowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Augustyn. Gleszcz SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pawel Karanowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some careless play in the Gleszcz SSA defense, Damazy Polek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldemar Augustyn. The Gleszcz SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldemar Augustyn should have stopped the shot. Waldemar Augustyn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damazy Polek's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The MZ Wodzisław Śląski fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Damazy Polek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cornel Braniște's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldemar Augustyn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Borja Yebra hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The supporters of Gleszcz SSA booed when MZ Wodzisław Śląski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Przemyslaw Kiepski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Pawel Karanowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waldemar Augustyn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute Maciej Praski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Siedlecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Damazy Polek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldemar Augustyn was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Damazy Polek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldemar Augustyn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Gleszcz SSA's Waldemar Augustyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Polek in the 60th minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Radomil Marchewka drilling the ball in to score 0-6 behind Gleszcz SSA's goalkeeper. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Pyczkowski in the 64th minute of play forced MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Siedlecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Gleszcz SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Polek came free, but Waldemar Augustyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of MZ Wodzisław Śląski booed when Gleszcz SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mieszko Nowak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gleszcz SSA's zone, Cornel Braniște stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldemar Augustyn came out of the goal and Cornel Braniște tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute, Pio Checa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Gleszcz SSA's Waldemar Augustyn got control of the ball when Cornel Braniște tried to sneak it across the goal line. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Jaroslaw Siedlecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Pyczkowski in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Maciej Praski notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Jaroslaw Siedlecki. Jaroslaw Siedlecki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Pyczkowski in the 82nd minute of play forced MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Siedlecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Maciej Praski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 2-6 when Hugon Pyczkowski sped through MZ Wodzisław Śląski's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaroslaw Siedlecki. If Hugon Pyczkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
