Cayetano Francho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Ţopescu in the 36th minute of the match. Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Ţopescu in the 39th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Ţopescu to make the kick off. Leo Chesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgard Ledesma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dan Gheară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güntekin Enginer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Chesus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Gheară having to interfere. In the 73rdth minute of the game Leo Chesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosmos Soccer Club's Dan Gheară was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 75 minutes, Waldo Bean mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cosmos Soccer Club and the Patay Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Waldo Bean hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th match minute, Patay Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Gasteiz to maneuver through the defense.
