When Silvers Ilkus's Jurand Haskiewicz in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zelg FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 5th minute of the match Silvers Ilkus got a corner. Zelg FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anton Iurașcu ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Herz in the 8th minute of play forced Silvers Ilkus's goalkeeper Jedrzej Pinczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zelg FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Silvers Ilkus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albain Furst took the corner. The corner led Zelg FC's Stephan Eichenberger to fire away a dangerous shot which Jedrzej Pinczewski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Irwin Monney struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Jedrzej Pinczewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zelg FC. Jonas Herz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jedrzej Pinczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sepp Mainville showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Haskiewicz in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 minutes Zelg FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anton Iurașcu who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Silvers Ilkus's corner Bruno Meys fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sepp Mainville quite easily take care of the ball. Jedrzej Pinczewski made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Gilles Clerc sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Silvers Ilkus's goalkeeper Jedrzej Pinczewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Herz. In the 28th minute, Edmond Suetens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Zelg FC's Albain Furst tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute Jurand Haskiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sepp Mainville saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Fábio-Fernando Cannavaro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Zelg FC's Stephan Eichenberger quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jedrzej Pinczewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Herz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Herz in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jedrzej Pinczewski saved Silvers Ilkus from getting behind. In the 32ndth minute of the game Jonas Herz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Silvers Ilkus's Jedrzej Pinczewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jedrzej Pinczewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Herz in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Herz in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jedrzej Pinczewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Silvers Ilkus getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Edmond Suetens hit a great ball. After 47 minutes, Jonas Herz made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Silvers Ilkus's Jedrzej Pinczewski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Herz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Eichenberger. Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurand Haskiewicz in the 60th minute of play. Silvers Ilkus were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Zelg FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anton Iurașcu took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Anton Iurașcu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sepp Mainville quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonas Herz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jedrzej Pinczewski having to make a save. Zelg FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
